2012 Registration Fees

YOUTH ACADEMY SPRING PROGRAM

U5 – U8 BOYS & GIRLS

Registration Fee: $50 per player

WYSA SOUTH WEST DISTRICT RECREATIONAL SPRING LEAGUE

U9 – U14 BOYS & GIRLS

Registration Fee:

U9 – U10: $ 85 per player

U11 - U12: $100 per player

U13 – U18: $125 per player

MYSA COMPETITIVE SUMMER LEAGUE

U11 – U19 BOYS & GIRLS

Registration Fee: $275 per player

Uniform Fee: $60 - includes home jersey, away t-shirt/jersey, shorts and socks

VOLUNTEER FEE (REFUNDABLE)

Mandatory $50 Volunteer Fee is per family, not per player.  This fee is in additional to the Registration Fees listed above and must be submitted along with your registration materials.

PLAYER REFERRAL PROGRAM

If you refer a new player to our club, let us know who it is and you will receive a $25 referral fee check.
