Try-Outs are open to all players
interested in playing the game of soccer. This experience is new for many in the
Coulee Region and our club is dedicated to follow the rules of fairness and
professionalism in our approach.
All sessions consisted of a
technical warm-up, followed by a tactical session and finished with a small
sided game. Each coach has the right to deliver this curriculum in their own
manner. The scoring and notation on each player from all assessors was
consistent based on the criteria we were evaluating which consisted of
evaluating skills/technique, tactical skills, physical application & mental
traits. We followed the protocols used by the Olympic Development Program,
WYSA, MYSA and the USSF as well as a standard format of player scouting
reports.
